Our Team
Meet Bita
Bita is a deeply attuned therapist known for her warmth, insight, and ability to hold space for complex emotional experiences.
With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, she supports adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relational challenges. Her therapeutic work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), helping clients better understand their internal experiences and build deeper emotional connection with themselves and others.
Bita’s approach is not only rooted in evidence-based practices, but also shaped by her academic background in both counselling psychology and sociology. This allows her to bring a layered understanding of how personal struggles often intersect with broader cultural, relational, and systemic dynamics. As an immigrant herself, she offers a culturally sensitive lens and works with compassion and care to support individuals through identity shifts, intergenerational differences, and the emotional toll of adaptation.
Bita believes therapy is a space for more than symptom relief—it’s an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been hidden, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Her style is relational, intuitive, and exploratory, offering a steady presence for those who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or at a turning point in their lives.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you or simply longing for a more meaningful connection with yourself and others, Bita offers a calm, grounded space to begin that journey.
