Our Team
Meet Justin
Justin is a thoughtful, down-to-earth therapist who creates a deeply respectful space for adult individuals and couples to feel safe, seen, and supported.
He works with people navigating relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, conflict, and communication breakdowns.
Whether you’re trying to rebuild trust, process a breakup, or strengthen emotional intimacy, Justin offers a steady presence and practical guidance to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Known for his non-judgmental nature and warm sense of understanding, Justin is especially skilled at helping clients feel safe exploring vulnerable or difficult topics—including trauma, addiction, anxiety, and shame.
Clients often share that they feel accepted exactly as they are in his presence, and never rushed to be anywhere they’re not ready to go.
In addition to general mental health and relationship work, Justin brings affirming support to those exploring sex-positive, kink-allied, and non-monogamous lifestyles. He welcomes clients of all gender and sexual identities and approaches his work with curiosity, care, and cultural sensitivity.
Drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, mindfulness, and client-centered care, Justin supports each person’s unique goals and growth. He believes that healing happens in connection—and that when we feel safe enough to be honest, real transformation can begin.
