Meet Nadine

Nadine is a warm, relational therapist who brings deep compassion, intuition, and lived experience to the counselling room. Her background in mental health, her years in the creative field, and her experience as a parent give her a grounded, human approach that teens, families, and adults naturally connect with. She is especially passionate about supporting youth—including those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community—and helping parents strengthen communication, understanding, and attachment with their children.

Nadine believes therapy should feel safe, collaborative and empowering. She doesn’t rush insight or force labels; she meets clients where they are, offering a space where identity, emotion, and lived experience can unfold at a comfortable pace. Her work is relational, strength-based, and attachment-informed. She draws from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and is developing skills in somatic trauma-aware approaches, recognizing that healing sometimes begins in the body long before it reaches words.

Her practice includes counselling for family relationships, romantic partnerships, youth support, parenting, and identity exploration.

Nadine’s work is particularly informed by her commitment to gender-affirming care. She offers compassionate support for transgender and gender-diverse youth and works closely with parents who want to better understand and support their child’s experience. She views gender not as something to fix or define, but as a personal journey to be honoured with curiosity and respect.

Above all, Nadine helps clients reconnect with their strengths, build internal trust, and face challenges with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
