We’re seeking skilled, compassionate Registered Clinical Counsellors, Canadian Certified Counsellors, and Registered Social Workers to join us as independent contractors, offering both in-person and online sessions.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a good fit if you bring the credentials, experience, and heart for depth-oriented relational work — and value being part of a connected team.

Hold a Master’s degree in counselling or social work

Are licensed as an RCC, CCC, or RSW

Have a minimum of five years post-graduate experience working 1:1 with clients

Work with adults and/or couples from a relational, experiential perspective

Carry professional liability insurance

Are comfortable working independently while valuing team connection

Can offer online sessions from a private, professional space
