Registered Clinical Counsellor

Nadine Inkster

Adults · Couples · Families · Youth (12+)

I offer a grounded, approachable presence that resonates with adults, teens and families. I feel therapy should feel safe, affirming, and collaborative, and I work to create a space that allows a person to feel seen, supported and empowered.

I want to help people understand themselves with greater compassion by exploring the connections between their past experiences and their present lives. My goal is to support people in finding relief from pain and anxiety while creating a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and validated.

I believe we are all more than our past, and that everyone deserves to experience contentment, connection, and joy. I also help people take ownership of their behaviour and learn how to make meaningful repairs in relationships.

Therapy That Respects Your Pace

My role is to offer the support and perspective needed for your emotions and identity to unfold at a pace that respects your unique nervous system. I provide practical skills and strategies to help navigate challenging situations, as well as a supportive environment for clients to share and reflect on their personal experiences.

I bring a multifaceted perspective to my practice through extensive experience in mental health and my roles as a daughter, wife, and parent. I recognize the importance of having support during periods of stress, adversity, or uncertainty and offer practical skills and strategies in my work with clients.
